Ordering & Payments

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?

We offer two reliable services:

  • Express Professional Service ($12.95): DHL/FedEx delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing)
  • Premium Value Shipping (FREE for orders over $50): EMS delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Do you ship worldwide?

We ship globally except to parts of Asia and some remote locations. If you’re unsure about your area, please contact us before ordering.

How are grooming cosmetics packaged for shipping?

We take special care with mixed orders. Liquids are packaged separately from electrical equipment to prevent any transit damage to your precision tools.

What about customs and import fees?

Some countries may assess import duties. While we provide all necessary documentation, these fees are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery estimates exclude customs clearance times.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Please note:

  • Blades and cosmetic products must be unopened for safety/hygiene reasons
  • Original packaging is required for clippers and dryers
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
What if my clippers arrive damaged?

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for replacement of any items damaged in transit.

Can I exchange a product for a different model?

Yes, within the 15-day window, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. You’ll need to return the original item (at your expense) and place a new order for the preferred model.
