All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Carrier: DHL or FedEx
Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
Carrier: EMS
Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote areas.
International Shipping
For international orders (excluding parts of Asia and remote areas):
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Please allow additional time for customs clearance
- Track your package using the provided tracking number
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our professional-grade grooming products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened grooming cosmetics (shampoos, conditioners, color enhancers)
- Used blades or blade combs
- Opened ear care products
- Clearance items (marked as final sale)
This includes products from these categories: All Grooming Cosmetics, All Shampoos, All Shampoos/Conditioners, Color Enhancing, Conditioners, Conditioning Shampoo, Blade Cleaners, Blades & Blade Combs, Ear Care, and Clearance items.
Returns Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement once the original item is received and inspected
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments unless the exchange is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item
International Returns
For our international customers:
- All customs duties and taxes for returns are the customer’s responsibility

- International refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process fully
